Kolb Joins Jones Lang LaSalle Construction Team

BOSTON, April 28, 2011 — Jones Lang LaSalle announces that Jim Kolb has joined the firm’s Construction team as Senior Vice President. Jim will focus on new business opportunities with clients on a variety of property types, and will be responsible for developing staff and executive oversight of select projects.
Jim is a veteran of the commercial and design industry with over 25 years of experience throughout New England. Most recently he was General Manager with The Middlesex Corporation, a leading civil construction company with operations in the Northeast and Florida. His responsibilities included the oversight of operations and procedures designed to grow their portfolio. Previously Jim was Vice President of Administration for Columbia Construction Company, and Senior Vice President at Skanska USA.
Jim holds a Bachelors degree in Political Science from St. Lawrence University, is a member of NAIOP and is the current Chairman of the Massachusetts Building Congress.
