CHICAGO, March 8, 2011 — Jones Lang LaSalle today announced that real estate outsourcing specialist Debi Crosby has joined the firm as Executive Vice President on the Solutions Development team in the firm’s Corporate Solutions business.   In her new role, Crosby will focus on building Jones Lang LaSalle’s outsourcing business across all industry sectors in the Northeast, with a particular focus on financial services.

Crosby joins Jones Lang LaSalle from Johnson Controls where she served as Vice President and General Manager, Global Workplace Solutions within the company’s Financial Services Customer Business Group. In this role, Crosby led the delivery of integrated real estate services to Johnson Controls’ financial services customers in North America, including transaction management, project management, and facilities management.

“With a strong background in developing and overseeing strategic outsourcing programs for some of the world’s most respected companies, Debi’s talent and expertise will enhance our ability to deliver leading-edge, cost-cutting strategies to our clients,” said John Minks, International Director, Corporate Solutions at Jones Lang LaSalle. “As more and more companies realize the bottom-line benefits and improved operating results that integrated real estate outsourcing can deliver, we continuously seek to attract the best people and develop strategies and tools to drive innovation and elevate results for our clients. We are excited to have Debi join our winning team.”

Building on her expertise within the financial services sector, Crosby will have a strong focus on expanding Jones Lang LaSalle’s outsourcing business within the banking industry, one of the firm’s core sectors.

“Banking and financial services companies can benefit tremendously from the cost-saving opportunities of a strategic and integrated outsourcing program,” said Crosby. “I’m looking forward to developing solutions that profoundly impact the profitability of these companies, as well as generating new approaches to real estate outsourcing rooted in innovation and creativity.”
