Paul Morgan joined JLL as Business Line Leader for the Central and Canada Regions, effective February 15th , 2016. In his current role, Paul is responsible for the management and oversight of over 30 client relationships, including companies like Canada Post, RBC, Whirlpool, General Motors, Zurich Insurance, MetLife, Cardinal Health, SC Johnson, Honeywell and Principal Financial Group.

Ed Nolan is a Senior Vice President with the Strategic Consulting group and based in the Chicago office. Ed currently leads the Workplace Strategy practice for the central United States.
Ed has over 15 years of experience developing and implementing enterprise-wide strategies to realize more value from the workplace. He has a proven track record for delivering positive workplace experiences using an analytical approach to workplace strategy development, resulting in optimized real estate efficiency and increased workforce satisfaction.
Dave Sawdey is responsible for developing and leading the JLL Business Intelligence Center of Excellence. He is an advocate, advisor, trainer, and promoter of business intelligence and data analytics to derive actionable insights that shape smarter business decisions and improve overall outcomes for our clients and he brings a best practice approach to delivering portfolio data advisory services related to measurement, reporting, analytics, and business intelligence.
As a Senior Vice President in JLL’s Consulting group, Michele works to enable corporate clients’ achievement of their long-term business and financial goals via opportunity identification, client relationship management, and strong business cases and roadmaps to optimization. Michele is currently on the Bank of America account as an Integrated Portfolio Services Program Management / Center of Excellence Lead.
Scott Phillips is the Director, Corporate Real Estate for McDonald’s Corporation responsible for Real Estate, Facilities, Project Management, and Workplace Strategy for approximately 2 million square feet of office portfolio. He is currently leading the project team coordinating McDonald’s relocation from Oakbrook, IL to a newly developed 500,000 SF office in the West Loop of Chicago. Prior to McDonald’s Scott held Corporate Real Estate and Facilities roles with U.S. Cellular and State Farm Insurance. Scott is a 1992 graduate of the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign in the School of Architecture.
Michael is the Occupancy Planning lead for the central region of the US and parts of Canada, providing oversight for all existing OP accounts and serving as the single point of contact within the region. He is responsible for leading all aspects of the OP business, including client relationships, performance metrics, staffing models, best practice sharing, financial accountability, quality assurance, continuous improvement, new business development, account expansion, contract development, transition management and transformation activities.
