Williston Crossing expected to be dominant retail center in the market
Located on 219 acres, this mixed-use
development will include stores, restaurants, bars,
hotels, offices and apartments.
The site is situated at the northern intersection of Highway 2 and Highway 85 (Williston’s “Northwest Bypass”) and just four miles from the proposed new Williston airport. Projected groundbreaking is slated for late 2015 with completion of the first phase by 2018.
Stropiq, an international real estate development firm, is constructing the $500-million project, which is being managed by JLL and designed by international architect Gensler. Development will occur in three phrases, with approximately 400,000 square feet in phase one. Upon completion, the open-air project will encompass approximately one million square feet of retail and entertainment.
