(East region) - Tadd entered the CRE industry in 1993 and has extensive background transacting business on behalf of corporate clients across the country. Tadd specializes in CRE strategy, portfolio management and site selection. His national transaction experience equates to more than 600 transactions, representing over $1 billion in transaction value.

​(West region) - Sam came to JLL in 2004. His prior transaction experience includes renewals, relocations, dispositions, acquisitions, expansions, contractions, build-to-suits and sale-leaseback transactions. Sam has a background in finance, strategic planning, lease negotiation and acquisition analysis. He has completed over 150 office, call center and industrial transactions totaling over 2 Million SF.

​(Central region) - Kyle's focus includes assisting corporate clients with strategic real estate planning with the goal of delivering scalable, flexible services which lead to significant cost savings/avoidance.  
Kyle is responsible for a broad range of transaction types including strategic planning for site specific or portfolio-wide assignments; lease renewals, restructures, dispositions and relocations; build-to-suits for lease and purchase; relocations and sale-leasebacks.
