Property Management for over 260 bank branches, office buildings, and operation centers, totaling over 8.0 million square feet in 30 states.  Our property managers assure efficient day-to-day building operation, oversee necessary maintenance and repair, perform inspections, and prepare ongoing budgets and monthly reports.

Project Management, out dedicated account project managers coordinate and manage 200 plus operating and capital projects annually for GKK. 

Support Services including:

  • Accounting services for three major property portfolios totaling over 400 properties
  • 24/7/365 access to assistance through our National Call Center in Pittsburgh
  • National Mobile Engineering Services provide preventative maintenance and work order response services
