Jones Lang LaSalle was responsible for development management, equipment procurement and occupancy planning for this state-of-the-art high-containment biomedical research laboratory facility.  The 300,000 s.f. facility contains 150,000 s.f. of laboratory space and 150,000 s.f. of interstitial mechanical space on four floors, along with a multi-level parking structure.
