Jones Lang LaSalle utilized its understanding of federal tenant needs to help negotiate terms of the lease and to arrange financing for the project.  The client received optimal financing and market rate for a 15-year lease term with a single stable government tenant.  The lease was drafted and executed in a very tight timeframe, in accordance with intense pressure from the federal government.
