Jones Lang LaSalle constructed this 10-story, 290,000 s.f. building in 2003, where it was the first building to fully lease and sell in this emerging market.  Despite the challenges posed by the unique post-September 11th environment, we were able to obtain financing, and attracted several well-respected and visible tenants.
