JLL provided a full suite of services on this extensive renovation from a Class B to Class A building.  With a project budget of $60 million, the renovations were completed in an 18-month time frame while the building was 75% occupied. The project involved a complete reskinning of the building, two new main entry lobbies, new elevator lobbies and cab finishes, a new garage elevator and MEP improvements.
