A a global consumer products company turned to Jones Lang LaSalle to help manage transactions in the United States and Europe.

The consumer products leader experienced global growth and expansion, and the head of real estate soon leveraged our firm’s full platform of services.  Today, we are the exclusive real estate services provider, partnering with the company on transactions, facility management, project management, strategic consulting and corporate finance services for a total of 70 million square feet of all types of properties, including distribution centers, technology centers and plants around the globe. 

The results transcend the traditional confines of real estate.  We collaborated with our client to develop a tool that aligns the efforts of the company’s real estate managers, accountants and even the treasurer to consistently support financial objectives (U.S. patent pending).  It works so well that the tool is now used in arenas beyond real estate to prioritize activity involving all types of capital assets.
