JLL helps Sparrow’s Point Terminal market a massive 54-acre Baltimore site for sale

When JLL was tapped by Sparrow’s Point Terminal to market some property for sale, we immediately went to work on a feasibility study to identify a profitable development program for the site.

Working with civil and environmental consultants, our team identified what it would take to complete this 54-acre project—which included two 400,000 warehouse buildings on the property—and were able to identify more than half a dozen developers who were willing to joint venture with Sparrow’s Point.

Additionally, we formulated a workable business plan for ownership to actually develop the site on its own, potentially making it more lucrative to the client than an original plan that they had considered previously.

Do you have a large-scale project like this you want handled by top industry professionals in the Washington DC area?
