JLL helps Sparrow’s Point Terminal market a massive 54-acre Baltimore site for sale

​When JLL was tapped by Sparrow’s Point Terminal to market some property for sale, we immediately went to work on a feasibility study to identify a profitable development program for the site.

Working with civil and environmental consultants, our team identified what it would take to complete this 54-acre project—which included two 400,000 warehouse buildings on the property—and were able to identify more than half a dozen developers who were willing to joint venture with Sparrow’s Point.

Additionally, we formulated a workable business plan for ownership to actually develop the site on its own, potentially making it more lucrative to the client than an original plan that they had considered previously.
