Global technology company successfully adopts new behaviors with change management

​JLL was engaged by a global technology company to help accelerate adoption of new behaviors and attitudes, including continuous improvement and an increased rigor and focus on financial risk.

Through stakeholder interviews and a leadership visioning and planning session, JLL captured the current state, challenges and opportunities, and worked with the company to create training materials to support managers in facilitating root cause corrective action and financial-controls training for their respective teams. The work included developing learning plans and regionally-appropriate rewards plans to improve attitudes, behaviors and performance.

After developing the materials, JLL facilitated two Train-the-Trainer sessions to prepare 28 North America and APAC managers to accelerate acceptance and performance globally. A communications plan developed by JLL provided key messages to five global stakeholder groups. Additional areas for process improvement were also identified to further accelerate adoption of the targets.
