79-property industrial portfolio sale maximizes on rising momentum in oil and gas sector

​Mesa Real Estate Partners was looking to capitalize on the positive momentum in the oil and gas industry and selected JLL to assist in the marketing and sale of a 79 property portfolio totaling 2.5 million SF. Additionally, JLL efficiently conducted property tours with the buyer, American Realty Capital, for all 79 properties, as well as the due diligence including third party vendors.  

The portfolio boasted a number of notable energy and oil companies, as well as lengthy in-place rental streams with contractual escalations. The net lease portfolio benefited from the long-term lease obligations and contractual rent escalations. JLL was able to close ahead of forecasted timing with favorable pricing at $295,000,000.
