  • Provided consulting services related to a merger, developed new branch standards and an integration plan for approximately 350 staff and addressing expiring leasing


  • Overall $2 million reduction in real estate expenses over 60 months (year 1)
  • Currently managing a program that will increase utilization by 40% and avoid $1.5m in new RE costs annually
