JLL was engaged to lead a strategic plan to evaluate options for Blount’s 80,000 s.f. HQ.

  • Owned building, out of space, outdated facility
  • Goals included increased security, increases space utilization and collaboration, more conference space, creation of office standards, furniture standards and improved aesthetics.

Results

  • Blount increased space utilization by 100 s.f. per person or 50%
  • Increased capacity resulted in over $500,000 / year avoidance of lease costs
  • 80,000 s.f. of new furniture was replaced over 6 weekends
