Case Study

Seefried Properties secures highly sought industrial site in Niles, Ill.

Seefried Industrial Properties has plans for a market with a low supply of high tech industrial buildings. After closely analyzing the market, JLL helped Seefried identify an ideal 11.2-acre, two-building, off-market site located at 5600-5750 W Jarvis in Niles, IL. Seefried will demo the existing structure and then build its new 220,000-square-foot, high-tech, modern efficiency spec building.

Although three other developers were also interested in purchasing the land, JLL secured the high-demand site for Seefried.

In addition to helping acquire and purchase the site, JLL is also taking the lead on leasing the new building. The anticipated delivery date of the new building isn’t slated until Q4 2015, but JLL already has proposals out to potential tenants.
