JLL and Seefried Properties pre-lease 125,000 square feet in Windham Lakes Business Park

When Seefried Industrial Properties was looking for land to develop a new spec warehouse, the company turned to its trusted partner JLL for help.  After scouring the market, JLL identified and helped Seefried acquire an ideal site at Windham Lakes Business Park in Romeoville, Ill.—located in the I-55 submarket where it’s getting increasingly difficult to purchase land. The land will be used to develop a 237,050-square-foot distribution warehouse.

Shortly after purchasing the land, JLL managed to pre-lease 125,454 square feet of the warehouse to anchor tenant Berlin Packaging, which we happened to represent as well.

We’re currently marketing the remaining 111,000 square feet of space to other prospective tenants.
