JLL helps insurance brokerage firm secure long-term lease, lift brand visibility in downtown Cleveland

In 2010, one of the nation's largest independent, employee-owned insurance brokerage firms partnered with JLL to find a new headquarters better suited to its business goals.

Oswald’s current 50,000-square-foot space on E. Ninth Street was no longer able to accommodate its growing needs. Plus, Oswald planned to host its 120-year anniversary celebration in September of 2013 as part of its grand opening activities.

After evaluating top choice office spaces in downtown Cleveland, the space at 1100 Superior Ave. quickly rose to the top of the list. Now known as Oswald Centre, JLL secured the space on Superior Ave. in time to coincide with its 120-year anniversary, and was also able to negotiate a restructured amenity package. Employees now enjoy a state of the art conference center, a new fitness center and a restaurant on site.
