Case Study

Renaissance Hollywood

Jones Lang LaSalle's Hotels & Hospitality Group represented CIM Group in the sale of the fee simple Renaissance Hollywood in the heart of Hollywood on Highland Avenue.

The 632-room Property was originally built as a Holiday Inn and was comprehensively redeveloped in conjunction with the Hollywood & Highland Center, reopening in 2001. The Property includes 32 suites, over 65,000 square feet of meeting space (some of which is exclusively catered by Wolfgang Puck), two food and beverage venues, a 12,000-square-foot pool terrace, Spa Luce, fitness center, and business center.

The Property was offered unencumbered by the Renaissance brand and Marriott management, but subject to a number of agreements relating to the Property’s orientation with the Hollywood & Highland center and the Dolby Theatre (formerly the Kodak Theatre).
