Sale of the fee simple Embassy Suites Valencia

​Jones Lang LaSalle represented Cerberus Capital Management and Chatham Lodging Trust in the sale of the fee simple Embassy Suites Valencia.

Built in 2007, the 156-room Embassy Suites is in excellent physical condition and is the best suites product offered in the Santa Clarita Market. The Hotel adheres to the Embassy Suites newest design, offering a more appealing residential layout with four-story tower, three-story atrium and side-by-side room configuration. The Hotel is located in a prime business corridor offering convenient and easy access to the region’s major leisure and corporate demand generators including Advanced Bionics, PPG Industries, Boston Scientific, Southern California Edison, Boeing, and Six Flags Magic Mountain and Six Flags Hurricane Harbor.

The team led a comprehensive marketing campaign and selected Clearview Capital Partners as the buyer. The transaction closed in May 2012.
