The Multi Million Renovated Colony Palms Hotel Sold

​Jones Lang LaSalle represented Pacifica Capital Group in the sale of the fee simple Colony Palms Hotel.

The 57-room property, originally opened in 1936, spent many years as a popular retreat for the Hollywood elite, before becoming a health spa in the 1980s.
 
Pacifica Capital Group purchased the Property in 2004 and implemented an extensive, multi-million dollar renovation resulting in completely new public areas, MEP, HVAC, fire and other operating systems, kitchen, walkways, landscaping, and restaurant. The Property also received all-new FF&E with décor designed by the acclaimed interior designer, Martyn Lawrence-Bullard. A highlight of the Property is its acclaimed restaurant and bar, the Purple Palm which has received an impressive list of accolades including the 2008 Condé Nast Traveler Hot Tables Award.
