The Novotel Time Square New York Sold

Jones Lang LaSalle's Hotels & Hospitality team represented Accor in the sale of the Novotel Times Square located at 226 West 52nd Street (between Broadway and Eight Avenue).
 
The marketing campaign was comprised predominantly of REITs and private equity buyers.
 
The Property was purchased by Apollo Global Real Estate Management and The Chartres Lodging Group in February 2012 for $92 million, subject to brand and management and a $100 million PIP.
