Working together, T-Mobile Corporate Real Estate and JLL’s Retail Development Strategy

Team proceeded to:

  • Analyze T-Mobile performance data to identify the best customer profile
  • Create predictive trade area evaluation tools to estimate opportunity
  • Load results into a web-based mapping interface for effective field use


T-Mobile revised their selection strategy and established new market targets and approval criteria. Under the new research-driven strategy, the percentage of stores hitting sales ramp goals increased by 55%.
