Jones Lang LaSalle devised a long-term real estate strategy for the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC) headquarters facility totaling 450,000 s.f.  We facilitated two long-term lease extensions and expansions, through which PBGC was able to secure below-market rates in a growing and expanding section of downtown Washington, DC.  The 30% savings to market rental rates allowed PBCG to control occupancy rates in a rising market.
