Towers Crescent:  Creating value through service and innovation

JLL was hired by Quadrangle and AEW Capital to lease the four-building, 1,000,000-square-foot project known as Towers Crescent in Tysons Corner. Towers Crescent epitomizes the new wave of Tysons Corner development: mixed-use, walkable amenities, access to public transportation and located on the edge of Tysons Corner for convenient access.

The fourth and final office phase of this iconic trophy project delivered prior to completion of the new Silver Line Metro, but JLL’s property marketing materials cited the development’s proximity to the new Tysons Corner Station, scheduled to open in late 2013/early 2014.

JLL’s Agency Leasing team secured a major anchor tenant with MicroStrategy’s 200,000-square-foot lease in the fourth and final building. JLL’s brokers also secured a 200,000-square-foot lease with Capital One, backfilling a vacating tenant’s space – virtually eliminating any downtime. Finally, JLL relocated its own Northern Virginia operations to Towers Crescent in late 2011.
