Greensboro Corporate Center:  An energized approach to maximum occupancy

The Georgelas Group and Dick Patrick hired JLL to pre-lease the 400,000-square-foot, Class A development project, located at the far side of Tysons Corner.

JLL successfully 100% pre-leased both buildings upon their delivery in 2000 and 2001, redefining the edge of Tysons Corner. As tenants’ leases expired – and as tenants bought out their leases – JLL's Agency Leasing team aggressively marketed the project and re-tenanted the buildings.

Currently, in anticipation of pending lease rollovers, JLL is preparing a second-generation leasing program to reposition the project, tied to the upcoming opening of the new Silver Line Metro station across the street.
