Case Study

Neiman Marcus

Neiman Marcus is a premier luxury retailer with a commitment to providing customers with distinctive merchandise and superior service. For over 100 years, the company has operated its flagship store along Main Street in downtown Dallas and is widely recognized as one of the most influential firms in the Metroplex.

In early 2011, Neiman Marcus considered consolidating its office leases at Renaissance Tower and 1700 Pacific and evaluated several buildings within Central Business District. After an exhaustive search performed by JLL, the company decided it best to stay at both locations and expand at 1700 Pacific in order to remain in proximity to its employment base.

By renewing early, Neiman Marcus communicated a commitment to the revitalization of the city and will continue to operate as a Dallas landmark for many more years.

“The JLL team was unbelievable. Their market knowledge, insight and ability to always be anticipating our next step kept our project on time and under budget.” – Wayne Hussey, Sr. Vice President, Properties and Store Development
