KeyBank

​KeyBank provides deposit, lending, cash management and investment services to individuals and businesses, as well as a range of corporate and investment banking products throughout the United States. In 2009, they engaged Jones Lang LaSalle to help optimize their 1,200 U.S. office and retail locations.

With our transaction expertise, market knowledge and innovative technologies, we helped analyze KeyBank’s portfolio and execute a strategy that reduced their inefficiencies by 10 percent. Specifically, through strategic leasing activity, Jones Lang LaSalle saved KeyBank over $10 million annually in real estate occupancy costs. Together, we’re also developing an enterprise-wide sustainability program that will achieve millions of dollars in operational savings.
