Situation

  • Shanghai Pudong Airport Development Authority receives approval from PRC Central Government for development of airport logistics facility to be built alongside Shanghai Pudong Airport (PDG).
  • Goodman + of Australia awarded development rights to build on approximately 60 mu of off-tarmac land adjacent to China Airlines.
  • Multi-level building designed for site similar to Goodman developed logistics facilities currently underway in Hong Kong.and elsewhere in S.E. Asia

  • Goodman seeks global real estate marketing partner to implement wide scale promotion within Asia, North America and EMEA countries.
  • JLL Port, Airport and Multimodal Services of Los Angeles and JLL Shanghai Logistics team partner to deliver regional, international and industry specific business attraction scope.
  • Underwriting and comparable pricing studies conducted to assist Goodman with revenue and timeline projections.
  • Project and Property management services also considered.

Status

  • Secured global marketing partnership with Goodman.
  • National, international, and aviation-focused marketing campaign underway through Jones Lang LaSalle.
