  • Entitle, design and develop a build-to-suit multispecialty healthcare facility in an urban environment under a restrictive timeline to meet and exceed the healthcare needs and expectations of the Los Angeles community


  • Engaged a brokerage team to help identify and secure a development site
  • Negotiated the purchase of a 6.72-acre off-market property as a development site from a nonmotivated seller; arranged for early termination of an existing tenant lease in the subject property
  • Worked expeditiously and efficiently to obtain necessary entitlements, demolish building, clear site and expedite construction


  • The project is currently $2.5M under budget will be completed ahead of schedule, in Q3 2012
