Case Study

Primus Power

What were we hired to do and why did the client want to do this?

  • To indentify a facility in a location that offered the best economic incentives to building a prototype “green” battery in order to maximize savings during the start-up process.

What did we do to complete the project?

  • We indentified a facility which offered the most existing infrastructure in order to mitigate all potential construction costs.

What were the challenges of the project?

  • To deliver a working facility that met the standards of the board of directors within the timeframe given.

We were able to exceed client expectations and deliver to them a “one stop shop” for all of their leasing, tenant improvement, and business incentives needs. Additionally, the team showed tremendous flexibility and were able to deliver results “on-time” and the clients needs changed mid-stream.
