  • Jones Lang LaSalle conducted an exhaustive market analysis of available long-term occupancy solutions. Once a short list of options was determined, our team aggressively negotiated competing letters of intent until a final option was selected.
  • Once the LOI was finalized, we worked along side KMOB’s general counsel to negotiate a lease and workletter that safeguarded the firm’s interests.


  • Jones Lang LaSalle completed a lease for 13,200 r.s.f. resulting in a relocation of the firm’s office to 1717 Pennsylvania Avenue at below-market costs.
  • We secured termination and expansion options over the course of a 10-year lease term.
  • Jones Lang LaSalle acted as the general contractor for the firm’s interior construction. Our construction team completed the interior construction on time and under budget
