Time Warner: establishing new headquarters

Time Warner Cable (TWC) retained Jones Lang LaSalle to help establish a new Headquarters and call centers for its East Carolina Division operations.  Jones Lang LaSalle analyzed the consolidation of 5 leased properties with expirations dates of 4-5 years out including projected growth.  Jones Lang LaSalle provided alternate sites, multiple developers, and alternative financial scenarios including mitigation of existing leases, lease structure, ownership structure and lease structure with an option to purchase. TWC will occupy a new 165,000 SF Division headquarters in Morrisville, NC in June 2009.   Headquarters building will achieve a Silver LEED accreditation and will include a full service cafeteria, training center and call centers.
