Case Study

Many Transactions, One Trusted Partner

One of the largest corporate landowners in the United States is too big and busy to engage separate brokers to dispose of its assets dispersed across 15 states. Corporate real estate leaders sought outside professionals with a presence “in their league” to apply a strategic process that focused on consistency and supported the company’s overall financial goals.
For several years, our Development Asset Strategy team has collaborated with this company’s real estate team as its national transaction manager. The team works closely with their research and transactions colleagues on the ground to analyze market dynamics and portfolio performance using real-time data. This enables us to quickly and effectively price properties, deliver them to market, negotiate terms and close transactions.

With an average of 30 closings per month, more than 1,000 individual properties—many in rural areas—have been sold to date. Our client’s real estate executives are freed to focus on the company’s big picture, and corporate capital is similarly liberated for reinvestment in the core business.
