Whirlpool Corporation - Lease restructurings

The Jones Lang LaSalle Indianapolis Industrial Services practice group represented the Whirlpool Corporation’s lease restructurings at two Central Indiana logistics facilities – totaling more than 1.2 million square feet.  At both locations (804,586 SF & 424,828 SF) the team consisting of Steve Schwegman, Brian Seitz, and Jake Sturman successfully negotiated new terms for an early renewal with reduced rental rates and a tenant improvement allowance providing for needed space improvements.  At the 804,586 SF building, 13.3% of previous lease in savings was achieved.  The 424,828 SF building commanded savings of 15.2% of previous lease.
