HLM Venture Partners: Constructing interiors that work

After the Jones Lang LaSalle brokerage team successfully renegotiated the lease terms for HLM Venture Partners located at 222 Berkeley Street, Boston, HLM made the decision to also partner with the Jones Lang LaSalle Construction group to perform the required interior renovations to their 13,000 square foot space. The project scope required a full demolition to transform the space to meet the design vision and to receive the structural upgrades required to support the new space.

The high-end finishes specified, which included custom mill work and stone flooring and specialty fixtures, presented our team with the coordination challenge of ensuring that delivery was synchronized to the construction schedule. By identifying long lead items early on in the process and promoting proactive, concise communication between the project team and all vendors and tradesmen, Jones Lang LaSalle successfully met all schedule expectations. HLM Venture Partners received a new office suite, which offered the quality and attention to detail that they required in support of their current and future business goals.
