Drinker Biddle & Reath LLP: Creating consistent spaces through valued partnerships

For more than five years, Drinker Biddle & Reath has relied on the experience and expertise of Jones Lang LaSalle to maintain consistency and architectural integrity among all of its properties.  As the national law firm grows, it continues to call upon Jones Lang LaSalle to expand and renew leases and reconfigure spaces.

When Drinker Biddle & Reath needed a new executive suite in downtown Washington, DC, Jones Lang LaSalle —its preferred general contractor—was there to help.  As Jones Lang LaSalle’s law firm team worked to secure space, our construction team provided pre-transaction consulting to ensure the firm found a property that could be transformed into a breathtaking space.  Once the lease was executed, we served as the general contractor for this 49,000-square-foot office build-out.  We renovated more than 50 percent of the existing space while maintaining the architectual integrity and much of the original, high-end millwork.

With this project and many others, our construction team enables Drinker Biddle & Reath to combine the beauty of the past with the needs of a modern firm.
