The Marketing Store: a streamlined construction plan that unifies workflow

Jones Lang LaSalle Construction was contacted by The Marketing Store to complete a two phase 10,000 square foot office expansion, located at 701 E. 22nd Street, Lombard, IL.  The client was seeking to expand one of their offices in order to consolidate other office locations. And therefore, this assignment required the Construction Group to complete the project while the space was fully occupied.

To accomplish this, our construction team fostered a collaborative partnership with the entire project team through conception, design, and implementation to successfully establish a mutually agreed upon budget and with a phased construction schedule.

This preconstruction planning allowed both phases of the project to be completed within an eight week expedited schedule and provided a construction plan that which supported the client’s daily business operations.
