Dow Lohnes: Reconfiguring space expands the possibilities for a national law firm

Dow Lohnes, a major national law firm, engaged the expertise of Jones Lang LaSalle Construction after renewing and expanding its lease with the help of our Mid-Atlantic brokerage team.  Upon securing 147,000 square feet of Class A office space, on the western edge of the Central Business District in Washington, DC, we partnered with Dow Lohnes to successfully renovate and reconstruct the existing space.

We created tenant fit-outs for entirely new support spaces; a new, stand-alone conference center, complete with reception and breakout areas; an executive board room center, including caucus and conference rooms; a kitchenette; and a training room.  We reconfigured the existing law library to create 15 additional workspaces. The larger, more modern space will help Dow Lohnes expand its workforce and serve its clients in bigger and better ways.
