Financial Services Firm: a strong construction plan makes finacial sense

Jones lang LaSalle Construction managed both the preconstruction and construction phases for a well known Financial Services Firm at 150 North Michigan, Chicago, IL.

The assignment which consisted of a 16,000 square feet office renovation required that the Jones Lang LaSalle Construction team to develop and maintain a strict project budget and schedule for the financial institution. Additionally work was required to be completed within an operational space and therefore, our team was additionally tasked with minimizing downtime to the firm’s data access and trading operations during this assignment.

With the advantage of providing preconstruction insight in this assignement and our ability to provide careful, proactive construction management; Jones Lang LaSalle successfully delivered this space on-time and within the agreed upon budget.
