Associated Bank: constructing updates with economic efficiencies

Associated Bank elected to complete a phased remodel and expansion of an existing bank branch, located at 180 North Stetson, Chicago, IL. The project involved completely removing all flooring, ceiling, walls in existing bank leased area. The job consisted of: A new storefront system at expansion area, stone flooring, terrazzo, teller line including custom wood, glass and stone surface, custom build glass and steel check writing stand, new restroom construction, break room, conference and training rooms.

The new teller line area required careful coordination to ensure all the points tied together. It was incredibly challenging and required Jones Lang LaSalle Construction to assemble a project team willing to meet the expedited schedule. We were able to beat the clients expected move in date by one week due to coordination and having quality staffing on the project.
