The BOND | Langham Hotel – Boston: Building on a classic

JLL successfully constructed the complete transformation of the bar and lounge area of the Langham Hotel in Boston, MA. The new 2,200 square foot space is known as the BOND Restaurant and Lounge, combines the classic architecture of the hotel, a former Federal Reserve Building, with a contemporary design aesthetic.

A renovation of this scale, which was to be performed while the hotel remained fully operational and open to guests, required the JLL Construction Group to work closely with The BOND’s owner and operator, The Langham, Boston, as well as with the projects Design Team and associated engineers to create a construction plan that delivered a timely completion while placing a strong emphasis on safety. Additionally, to ensure the timely delivery of a multitude of custom materials coordinated with all phases of the work, our team set in place a detailed construction schedule that offered strategically phased sequencing.

The result was the on-time deleivery of an exclusive dining/nightlife setting.
