Workplace strategy: change management

One of the world’s largest financial institutions engaged our workplace solutions team to help re-engineer its internal corporate workplace strategy program, which was encumbered by two years of complexity and inefficiencies. We were charged with strengthening the program goals of providing associates greater flexibility while reducing real estate and workplace expenses through a comprehensive alternative officing strategy.

Our experts on alternative officing strategies and change management partnered with the client through an end-to-end Six Sigma-driven process to expedite enrollment options for associates and business lines. Collaborating with the client’s real estate team, we developed new tools and resources enabling the enrollment of about 1,500 associates previously bogged down by a cumbersome process. The second year forecasted 5,000 new enrollees in the alternative officing program. Our strategy enabled the client’s associates to look to the future with an efficient process and tools for continued success.
