Bring your whole self to work.

Diversity and inclusion is not about creating advantages for some—it’s about removing barriers for all. Our most valuable asset is our people, and we take pride in a culture that is inclusive of all backgrounds and experiences.

In the Americas alone, more than 23,000 JLL employees work in 114 cities across 9 countries, coming from all different cultures, backgrounds and affiliations. Their unique perspectives help shape us into a company that looks and feels like the world in which we operate.

Our commitment to diversity makes us stronger, and enables us to:

Recruit talent Connect our peopleDevelop our people

Grow the business

Employee resource groups

More than 6,500 employees in over 200 locations take part in JLL’s Employee Resource Groups for African American, Latino, LGBT, female, veteran and employees of all abilities. These voluntary, employee-led groups provide a platform to celebrate diversity, surface great ideas, network with peers and make meaningful connections across the organization.

We’ve been honored for our diversity and inclusiveness from a variety of organizations, including the Human Rights Campaign Foundation, Forbes magazine and Diversity MBA.
