Benefits for your health

Our employees select from a variety of plan offerings to best suit their and their family's needs. 

Medical – We offer three competitive medical-plan options: the EPO and two PPO plans (choose between in-network and out-of-network).

Health Savings Account – Participants in one of our PPO plans are enrolled in a Health Savings Account, funded by the company and voluntary employee contributions, to pay for non-reimbursed medical, dental and vision expenses on a tax-free basis

Dental – We offer a comprehensive dental plan that includes orthodontia.

Vision – We offer eye exams through our medical plan and a voluntary comprehensive vision plan, including savings on eye exams, glasses and contact lenses.

Employee assistance program – We’ve contracted with ComPsych to provide counseling, support and information services to you and your family on a confidential basis, 24 hours a day, at no charge.

Disability coverage – We provide both short- and long-term disability coverage if you become unable to work due to disability.

Life insurance – You will automatically be signed up for a life-insurance program through MetLife without having to elect it.

Dependent life insurance – You may provide supplemental life insurance for your spouse, same- or opposite-sex domestic partner, and children.

Accidental death and dismemberment insurance – Accidental death and dismemberment insurance covers you for accidental death or for loss of limbs or sight.

Maternity management – This unique program provides women with services, information and resources to help improve pregnancy outcomes and reduce costs.

Health Care Flexible Spending Account – We offer you the opportunity to cover medical expenses such as copayments and deductibles on a pretax basis through Flexible Spending Accounts.

Fitness program – This program lets you join premier local health clubs at a substantially discounted rate.
