Our family benefits include:
Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account – You can direct part of your pay, on a pretax basis, into a special account to be used for certain dependent-care expenses.
Adoption assistance program – We reimburse up to $4,000 for costs associated with building a family through adoption, and we offer related resources and referral services.
Leave of absence – You may be granted a leave of absence for the birth or adoption of a child, for a serious health condition, or to care for a family member with a serious health condition.
Family Medical Leave Act – You may take up to 12 weeks of unpaid, job-protected leave for specified family and medical reasons.
Back-up care - This program offers child and elder care services when your regular caregiver is not available, for a minimal co-pay per visit.
