JLL adds Valuation Advisory capabilities in Iowa In Response to Market Demand

DES MOINES, Iowa, May 27, 2020 — As part of the JLL Valuation Advisory platform’s continued growth, the firm announced it has selected JLL Senior Vice President Eric Caldwell to lead their Valuation Advisory business line in Des Moines.

Caldwell is a Designated Member of the Appraisal Institute (MAI) and comes to Des Moines after nearly eight years in JLL’s St. Louis office. In his new position, Caldwell is responsible for leading appraisal and consulting services as well as client communications, appraisal review and business development for the Iowa market.

JLL’s addition of Valuation Advisory capabilities to its Des Moines office follows a sustained increase in market activity in central Iowa over the past several years, and underscores the business’s continued commitment to serving clients’ needs no matter where they are. Caldwell noted that he is eager to grow the Valuation Advisory platform in a market that has shown a need for appraisal expertise.

Caldwell holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Real Estate and Finance from the University of Northern Iowa.
