Deloitte’s vision is to grow the world’s best leaders. Working closely with the company to better understand this vision and its overall goals, we helped plan and develop a new build-to-suit, state-of-the-art corporate conference and lodging facility that provides the perfect setting for learning and leadership. The massive facility includes 800 guest rooms, onsite dining, a fitness center, sports fields and a man-made lake. Achieving and exceeding Deloitte’s ambitions, we provided full real estate transaction and project management services throughout the entire project.
